Who We Are?

We are a family operated property investment company who work in partnership with private finance lenders to beat the banks and offer returns far in excess of current savings rates. Private investor funding allows us to scale up our successful business without recourse to the inflexibility of traditional short term bank lending.

We are in an era of historically low bank interest rates which are forecast to remain in place for the foreseeable future. This means that traditional savers are making next to nothing by leaving money in savings accounts, ISAs or
any mainstream savings or investment vehicles.

Wood Investment Group focuses on securing and renovating properties nationwide in the UK Property Market.

Whilst adding to our Portfolio using multiple strategies, we aim to provide Modern, High Spec, energy efficient Homes in an ever changing environment for all Budgets. utilizing where possible environmentally friendly technologies, such as Solar PV, to enable our purchasers and tenants to benefit from lower energy bills and live more sustainable lives.

We also offer remote PMO services encompassing turn key solutions for O&M manuals, CAD drawings, Risk management plans, PMPs, Project scheduling and resource planning, to name but a few, at fixed prices designed around your project requirements.

About The Owner: Jason Wood

I am an Experienced Professional Project manager and Operations Manager with a
demonstrated history of working in the Construction industry at all levels for 25yrs. Skilled
in Client, Main contractor, or sub-contractor Project delivery.

With Excellent skills in Estimation, negotiation, contractor management, capex, financial planning, project planning & operations, commercial activities within MOD, Government, Retail, commercial, Hospitality, Construction and M&E sectors.

Driven, collaborative Strong program and project management skills with APMP qualifications. Coming from a background of working on building sites my whole adult life, after leaving the Army in the mid 90’s.

I am focused and driven to successfully deliver projects in line with client expectations
utilizing project management principles and all current CDM, H&S and building regulations
best practices.
I Have owned and operated a successful Project management consultancy for 4 years and
decided to use my 25yrs experience in the construction industry to move into Property which
has been an ambition of mine for many years

We focus 100% on long term income producing properties, aiming for yields of 12% plus on our Multi
Let or BTL Properties

Minimum Net
Cash-flow

We only purchase properties that will provide a minimum net cashflow of £200 per month after all running costs. as an example, In a typical 2 bed BTL house at a rental of £500PCM this provides £2,400 net income per house annually.
